Call to Meeting

This official Call to Meeting is issued for the ASA Board of Directors meeting to be held March 18 – March 20, 2025, in Washington, DC. This is an in-person meeting, with no virtual participation option being made available.

Most ASA Board Members and guests should plan their flights and arrival to be able to participate in the ASA Soy Issues Forum and Policy Briefings starting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18. WISHH and TPIA Committee members should plan to arrive on Sunday, March 16 for meetings on Monday March 17.  

Departures should be on Thursday, March 20 mid-afternoon (please be sure to schedule your flights so that you can fully participate in the meeting through noon).  Any dates outside of this will be at the cost of the attendee.

 

Please note there is a $150 conference fee for the board meeting to cover meals, breaks and meeting supplies.  ASA National Directors are exempt from this fee.

The meeting will be held at The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center. 

The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center is 16 minutes (4.6 miles) by taxi from the Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Hotel rooms are managed by ASA and are not reserved on a first come, first served basis.  Room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed once the block sells out.

All must register for the ASA Board Meeting by Friday, February 14.
