Q: Will my hotel room be cleaned every day?
A: No, not unless you request daily housekeeping service when you check-in. If you want housekeeping to visit your room, please inform the Front Desk staff.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi in your hotel guest room and in the Conference Center. The pass code for the Conference Center is “casino”, all lower case.
Q: How far is the hotel from the Airport?
A: Ameristar St. Charles is 13 minutes (8.2 miles) by car from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).
Q: How can I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: Use a ride app (Uber or Lyft) or grab a taxi at the airport.
Q: What are the parking options at the hotel?
A: The hotel has complimentary self-parking in several garages:
- For Hotel Guest Parking, enter the Left-Side parking garage and follow the signs.
- For the Conference Center, enter the Right-Side parking garage and go to the Third Floor (Yellow Level) Conference Center.
- For vehicles over 6’10”, you will need to enter at the loading dock. Follow the road located at the oversized delivery sign that is off South Main Street (to the right of the main Ameristar drive).
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is 4:00 p.m.; Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Q: What is the room rate?
A: ASA has secured a block of rooms for $179.00 + daily resort fee of $15 plus tax, per night.
Q: What is the hotel's cancellation policy if I need to cancel my reservation?
A: Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a non-refundable fee equal to one night's room rate plus resort fee & tax. If ASA is charged a cancellation fee, you may be invoiced for the fee.
Q: What is the attire for the program?
A: Smart casual. Jeans are acceptable.
Q: What can you tell me about Tuesday evening’s event?
A: Our group will depart the hotel at 5:50 p.m. and board 2 trolleys for a quick 5-minute ride to Chicken N Pickle, an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex. Their "Be Amazing Room" is reserved for us and will have plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, our own pickle ball court, foosball table and shuffleboard table. A pickleball trainer will get us ramped up for some fun & games and can answer your questions.
A delicious Smokehouse BBQ buffet dinner will be served.
Q: Where is breakfast on Wednesday morning?
A: Breakfast will be served in the Clarity Room, next to our meeting room. A full American breakfast buffet will be served.
Q: Does the hotel have a restaurant?
A: Yes, there are several in the resort.
- Copper Whisk (Open for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. Sun-Thurs 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Full coffee bar with lattes & drinks as well as a grab and go counter with pastries, sandwiches, flatbreads, and more.)
- Alder & Birch (This new venue will be under renovation.)
- The Salted Lime (Open for Dinner Wednesday-Sunday 5:00-9:00 p.m. Serving authentic south of the border food.)
- Charter 18 Modern Tavern (Open for Lunch & Dinner Thursday-Sunday 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Elevated American cuisine serving 16 rotating draft beers and hand-crafted cocktails. Plus state-of-the-art Topgolf Swing Suite based on availability with reservation.)
- King Cat Club (This new venue will be under renovation.)
- Asia – located on the casino floor (Open for Dinner Monday & Thurs-Sunday 5:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. Closed Tues & Wed. Authentic Pan-Asian dishes and sushi.)
- Fifth Street Deli – located on the casino floor (Open Daily for Lunch & Dinner Noon-11:00 p.m. Specialty sandwiches, soups, salads and breakfast served all afternoon & evening.)
