Call to Meeting

This official Call to Meeting is issued for the ASA Board of Directors meeting on July 12 – 14, 2022, in Washington, DC. This is an in-person only meeting. A virtual option will not be offered.

ASA Board Members and guests should plan their travel arrangements in order to be able to participate starting at noon on Tuesday, July 12. For many this will mean arriving on Monday, July 11, but some may be able to travel early Tuesday morning. WISHH members should plan to arrive on Thursday, July 14 morning. Directors will be open to depart on the afternoon of Thursday, July 14. Any dates outside of this will be at the cost of the attendee.

Please note there is a $100 conference fee for the board meeting to cover meals, breaks and meeting supplies.  ASA National Directors are exempt from this fee.

The meeting will be held at The Madison Hotel Washington DC.  Register early to reserve your room as rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed once the block sells out.  Hotel rooms are not reserved on a first-come, first come basis and are managed by ASA.

All must register for the ASA Board Meeting by Thursday, June 30.

 

 

Attendees can fly in to Washington, DC.  The Madison Hotel Washington DC is 16 minutes (4.6 miles) by taxi from the Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA).

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 2 days before arrival.

Please note that the hotel will assess one night room and tax if you cancel after this deadline or fail to check into the hotel.
