Call to Meeting

This official Call to Meeting is issued for the ASA Board of Directors meeting on July 20 - 23, 2021, in Vancouver, WA.   This is a hybrid, in-person meeting with virtual participation available only on Wednesday, July 21.

Most ASA Board Members and guests should plan to arrive on Tuesday, July 20. Governing Committee members should plan to arrive on Monday for Tuesday morning meetings.  Members of the SoyPAC, Governance, or Finance Committees should plan to arrive the morning of Tuesday, July 20 (or the evening of Monday, July 19, if there are no viable flights on Tuesday morning).  All departures should be on Friday, July 23.  Any dates outside of this will be at the cost of the attendee.  Please note infrastructure and Pacific Northwest agriculture education tours are scheduled for Thursday, July 22.  Meetings held on Wednesday, July 21, will also be available via Zoom.

Registration Details:

Please note there is a $200 conference fee for the Board meeting to cover meals, breaks and meeting supplies.  National Directors on the ASA Board are exempt from this fee.

All must register for the ASA Board meeting by Wednesday, June 30, 2021.


Due to strong interest in this meeting location, it is in Directors' and guests' best interests to register and book travel as soon as possible.  Portland International Airport (PDX) is only a short 15-minute taxi or Uber ride from the hotel in Vancouver, WA.
